DIMS Academy was formed by a group of enthusiastic doctors and paramedics to facilitate quality-focused vocational training in various disciplines of medicine and other sciences to meet the industry demands. The DIMS aims to reform quality training in the different areas of the healthcare system that are lagging a standard care. 

Academy brings various courses to the client hospitals, monitors the performance and keeps up the standard. A director board guides the academy, selecting members based on their excellence and skills.
